Do you have non-smoking rooms in the hotel? (Facilities)
We have not designated smoking or non-smoking rooms in our hotel.
How do I cancel my reservation? Can deposit paid be refunded?
You can cancel by phone OR you can send an email to us by providing all your booking details. A deposit made cannot be refunded. However, you can always change your traveling dates.
Does your hotel provide internet access?
Yes, we do provide FREE WIFI in the rooms and the hotel lobby.
Can I request for late checkout?
Yes, you can request for late checkout but it is subject to the room availability. Late checkout after 1.00pm will be charged extra half day. (Half day charge based on your room type) After 5.00pm will be charged one night stay.
Can I request for early check-in?
Yes, you can check-in earlier, but subject to the room availability. However, there will be a charge of the RM10.60 / hour if you request to check-in before 12.00noon.
